And this time, the chef is tackling a dish that usually makes everyone agree: pasta. All good pasta is fresh, homemade and served with original recipes. On the menu, then, mafaldine with harissa, pici with cacio and zaatar, fettuccine with bottarga (vegetable) and lemon\u2026 And our real favorite, Mehdi&#8217;s nod to his mom: butter and cheese pasta with mustard pickles.
