This time, however, the chef is bringing back his fresh pasta concept,\u00a0<strong>Fellows<\/strong>, with the opening of a\u00a0<strong>second location in Paris&#8217;s 6th arrondissement<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paris&#8217;s vegetarian pasta king<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For anyone who hasn&#8217;t yet discovered him,&nbsp;<strong>Mehdi Favri<\/strong>&nbsp;is a true champion of vegetarian cuisine. Through&nbsp;<strong>Maslow<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Fellows<\/strong>, he celebrates the endless possibilities of plant-based cooking, whether through creative vegetable-forward dishes or one universally loved comfort food: pasta.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At his neo-&#8217;70s-inspired restaurant on\u00a0<strong>Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Denis<\/strong>, the chef serves homemade fresh pasta dishes priced between\u00a0<strong>9<strong>\u20ac<\/strong> and 13<strong>\u20ac<\/strong><\/strong>, remarkably affordable, prepared according to traditional techniques and paired with inventive recipes that are, of course, entirely vegetarian.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fellows 2.0 is coming soon<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, what&#8217;s on the menu at Fellows? Signature dishes include classic&nbsp;<strong>Tagliatelle Aglio e Olio<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Pici<\/strong>&nbsp;with Basque tomette cheese, za&#8217;atar, sesame and black pepper, and a playful vegetarian take on&nbsp;<strong>Carbonara<\/strong>&nbsp;made with mushroom &#8220;lardons.&#8221;<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our favourite, though, is Mehdi&#8217;s tribute to his mother:\u00a0<strong>Pici with butter and cheese, topped with mustard pickles<\/strong>. It&#8217;s pure comfort food, a warm hug in a bowl, with perfectly cooked pasta that leaves you wanting another bite immediately.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The good news? Soon, you&#8217;ll be able to enjoy these comforting dishes on the&nbsp;<strong>Left Bank<\/strong>&nbsp;as well.
