A large 20-seat counter surrounds the open kitchen, inviting guests to watch the chefs at work, while a communal table welcomes larger groups. Cosy banquettes and intimate four-person booths offer quieter corners, and an outdoor terrace beneath the market&#8217;s arcades provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interior embraces a striking contrast between raw concrete and stainless steel, softened by a green marble bar, a statement Panda Green marble communal table, and vintage butter-yellow seating. The result is a space that feels both contemporary and inviting.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Fellows Saint-Germain, all fresh pasta is made in-house using French agroecological flour, carefully crafted to achieve the perfect texture for capturing every sauce.
