To support them,&nbsp;<strong>Fanny Giansetto and Camille Delamar<\/strong>&nbsp;founded \u00c9cotable seven years ago. The Social and Solidarity Economy organisation went on to create France\u2019s first sustainable restaurant certification. To date,&nbsp;<strong>295 restaurants<\/strong>&nbsp;have received between one and three \u00c9cotable macarons.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the past three years, \u00c9cotable has organised an annual awards programme to highlight the commitment of these restaurants. The awards cover several sectors, from commercial dining and institutional catering to caterers and bakeries and pastry shops.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rankings are based on the results of the organisation\u2019s annual sustainability audit. The assessment uses a questionnaire covering more than&nbsp;<strong>150 criteria<\/strong>, completed by the restaurant owner, as well as an analysis of monthly purchasing invoices, menus, water consumption and other operational data.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year,&nbsp;<strong>14 awards<\/strong>&nbsp;were presented, including four new categories:&nbsp;<strong>neighbourhood canteen, catering, sustainable meat, and sustainable drinks menu<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among this year\u2019s winners are&nbsp;<strong>Parisian fine-dining restaurant Vivide<\/strong>, which&nbsp;<em>Le Figaro<\/em>&nbsp;has featured and praised several times, as well as&nbsp;<strong>Nicolas Conraux\u2019s hotel La Butte in Plouider<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Maslow Group<\/strong>, the group behind the Parisian restaurants&nbsp;<strong>Maslow and Fellows<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The full list of \u00c9cotable 2026 winners<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Organic Restaurant Award:<\/strong>\u00a0Pois Gourmands (Montreuil, 93)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Plant-Based Restaurant Award:<\/strong>\u00a0Vivide (Paris 18th)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Local Sourcing Award:<\/strong>\u00a0La Table de Gaya (Montjoie-en-Couserans, 09)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Neighbourhood Canteen Award:<\/strong>\u00a0Cantine de Terroirs d\u2019Avenir (Paris 4th)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Most Improved Award:<\/strong>\u00a0ED\u2019S bakery &amp; sandwich shop (Paris 18th)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Most Committed Caterer Award:<\/strong>\u00a0Chouette Ensemble!
