One of its biggest assets is its beautiful, spacious terrace tucked beneath the arcades of&nbsp;<strong>March\u00e9 Saint-Germain<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For rainy days, the indoor space is just as appealing, centred around a long 20-seat counter where guests can watch the chefs at work. Green marble, vintage khaki velvet banquettes and stainless-steel tables create a carefully considered setting. As with the other restaurants from&nbsp;<strong>Maslow Group<\/strong>\u2014such as&nbsp;<strong>Maslow Temple<\/strong>\u2014the attention to detail in the interior design is unmistakable.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generous, Comforting Dishes<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the menu,&nbsp;<strong>Fellows Saint-Germain<\/strong>&nbsp;serves generous vegetarian pasta dishes, with set menus including a side and pasta or pasta and dessert for&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac21<\/strong>, or a side, pasta and dessert for&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac25<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>Artichoke Pasta<\/strong>&nbsp;stands out, particularly for its Kalamata olive cream, although it arguably softens the flavour of the artichokes a little too much. Richer and more indulgent, the&nbsp;<strong>Brillat-Truffle Pasta<\/strong>&nbsp;combines a luxurious Brillat-Savarin and truffle cream, finished with mushroom powder and chives.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the&nbsp;<strong>izakaya-style mushrooms marinated with egg-yolk bottarga<\/strong>&nbsp;are slightly underwhelming, we particularly enjoyed the&nbsp;<strong>Zucchini Aguachile<\/strong>, beautifully presented and generously coated in a vibrant citrus and spicy sauce.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Classic Desserts<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The four desserts currently on offer are all reliable favourites:&nbsp;<strong>chocolate mousse, cheesecake, panna cotta and financier<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The latter is the clear winner for us.
