Chef Mehdi Favri, already at the helm of the successful Maslow in the heart of Paris, opens his brand-new neo-70’s 100% vegan counter on the rue du Faubourg-Saint-Denis. And this time, the chef is tackling a dish that usually makes everyone agree: pasta. All good pasta is fresh, homemade and served with original recipes. On the menu, then, mafaldine with harissa, pici with cacio and zaatar, fettuccine with bottarga (vegetable) and lemon… And our real favorite, Mehdi’s nod to his mom: butter and cheese pasta with mustard pickles. The ultimate comfort dish!
