New Restaurants to Discover in Paris This Spring
Fellows: Saint-Germain’s New Neighbourhood Hotspot
Why go?
A favourite on Paris’s Right Bank since opening in the 10th arrondissement in 2024, Fellows is expanding with the arrival of spring, unveiling its brand-new location. Crossing the Seine, the restaurant brings its indulgent vegetarian cuisine to the Latin Quarter, nestled among the boutiques and cafés of the Marché Saint-Germain.
The new space pairs contemporary design with a warm atmosphere: the aluminium bar contrasts elegantly with solid wood finishes and soft yellow seating, creating a stylish yet welcoming setting. Take a seat at the red leather counter to watch the chefs at work, or enjoy the terrace as the Parisian weather turns warmer.
Our favourite dish?
Choosing just one starter at Fellows is nearly impossible. Our advice? Order several and share them with friends, whether it’s the olive cream and asparagus pizzette or the focaccia topped with cured egg bottarga.
For the main course, the Truffle Brillat remains a signature favourite. Fresh pasta is coated in a rich Brillat-Savarin cream sauce and finished with black truffle, mushroom powder, and chives—an irresistibly indulgent dish.
