Fellows Saint Germain

Fellows Saint-Germain celebrates fresh pasta through a vegetarian menu inspired by Italy while embracing flavours from further afield. Located within the Marché Saint-Germain, the restaurant places its kitchen at the heart of the dining experience. A large 20-seat counter surrounds the open kitchen, inviting guests to watch the chefs at work, while a communal table welcomes larger groups. Cosy banquettes and intimate four-person booths offer quieter corners, and an outdoor terrace beneath the market’s arcades provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

The interior embraces a striking contrast between raw concrete and stainless steel, softened by a green marble bar, a statement Panda Green marble communal table, and vintage butter-yellow seating. The result is a space that feels both contemporary and inviting.

At Fellows Saint-Germain, all fresh pasta is made in-house using French agroecological flour, carefully crafted to achieve the perfect texture for capturing every sauce. House-made condiments are prepared using vegetable trimmings as part of the restaurant’s low-waste philosophy.

Created by Chef Mehdi Favri, the menu showcases inventive vegetarian pasta dishes, including Pappardelle Ndujawith mushroom nduja and harissa, Mafé with tomato and peanut sauce, Brillat-Truffle Pici with Brillat-Savarin cream, Carbonasse, a vegetarian take on carbonara featuring mushroom “lardons,” Leek & Bisque Ravioli, and Tagliatelle Aglio e Olio with garlic cream.

One of the restaurant’s signature dishes, Butter & Cheese Pici, pairs handmade pici with a creamy Béarn tomme cheese sauce, smoked tomme espuma, and mustard pickles.

Before the pasta, guests can share a selection of starters, including an olive cream and raw asparagus pizzettasweet-and-sour mushroom skewersspinach with goma dare sesame dressing, and focaccia served with flavoured butter and cured egg-yolk bottarga.

Desserts continue the indulgence with a Basque cheesecake infused with sweet cloverbrioche perdue with buckwheat toffee, an affogato-style chocolate ganache, and a dark chocolate mousse finished with olive oil.

The drinks list features a carefully curated selection of organic and natural wines—including the sparkling Turbullent—alongside signature cocktails, craft beers, and homemade soft drinks.

Fellows Saint-Germain is committed to a low-impact approach, championing direct sourcing, food waste reduction, and sustainable practices, and is proudly certified by Écotable.
