Located within the Marché Saint-Germain, the Maslow Group has opened a second Fellows restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, attracting a mix of young professionals and local regulars who come together to enjoy Italian-inspired cuisine. The 100% vegetarian menu revolves around fresh pasta made in-house using flour sourced directly from French producers. To start, guests can share dishes such as the olive cream and asparagus pizzetta, focaccia served with flavoured butter and cured egg-yolk bottarga, or zucchini aguachile with a citrus and spicy dressing, finished with fresh coriander.

For the main course, the Mafé Pappardelle, served with a rich tomato and peanut sauce, pickled green chillies, and coriander, offers flavours inspired by West Africa. Meanwhile, the signature Butter & Cheese Pici, topped with smoked cheese espuma and mustard pickles, delivers the ultimate comfort-food experience.
