In Paris, the chef of France’s top-rated restaurant is opening a new venue in the 6th arrondissement
Calling all food lovers in Paris: a brand-new vegetarian restaurant is opening this March. And behind the stove is a chef who has already made quite a name for himself: Mehdi Favri. He’s the talent behind Maslow Temple and Fellowson Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Denis. For his latest opening, he’s heading to the Marché Saint-Germain in Paris’s 6th arrondissement. Set to open on 6 March, Fellows Saint-Germain is celebrating by treating 74 lucky guests to a complimentary meal.
A new vegetarian destination in Paris
This new home for vibrant vegetarian cuisine will open on 6 March at 2 Rue Félibien, in the heart of the 6th arrondissement. Spanning nearly 200 square metres across two levels, the restaurant offers a beautiful new setting for plant-forward dining.
To mark the opening, the first 74 winners will have the chance to enjoy the full menu—completely free of charge.
Entering is simple: follow @fellows_restaurants on Instagram, then like and comment on the restaurant’s giveaway post. Entries close on 5 March, after which the winners will be selected at random and announced on the restaurant’s Instagram account later that day.
France’s highest-rated restaurant is in Paris
Anyone who has already eaten at Fellows will tell you the same thing: it’s seriously good. And in September 2025, that reputation was reinforced when Maslow Temple, which had opened the previous year, became the highest-rated restaurant in France.
With more than 16,000 reviews and an outstanding 4.9 out of 5-star rating, Chef Mehdi Favri and his team achieved an exceptional milestone. The restaurant—France’s largest vegetarian restaurant—has earned acclaim for transforming vegetables into unforgettable dishes, from crispy potato churros to oyster mushroom tempura.
With this new opening, there’s every reason to expect another hit. Guests can look forward to fresh, handmade pasta, rich and creamy sauces, and creative recipes that remain entirely free of animal protein.
The countdown is on: the giveaway winners will be announced on 5 March, ahead of the restaurant’s official opening on 6 March.
