Fresh, vegan and stylish: welcome to Fellows, the exciting new address in the 10th arrondissement. Designed by architect and interior designer Juliette Rubel, Fellows bathes each guest in a subdued, vibrant atmosphere, with a friendly, urban feel. At Fellows, all recipes are homemade, pasta is handmade every day, and produce is seasonal and locally sourced. The menu is limited but selective, a guarantee of quality that makes you salivate just looking at it. Butter and cheese pici for the more traditional, cacio e zaatar for a twist on the classics, mushroom parpadelle bolognaise for the gourmet, truffle for the fancy, or harissa mafaldine for the daring… The hardest part is choosing. If there’s any room left, we opt for the rocher glacé topped with hazelnut praline, which makes everyone agree.
